I haven’t written much in the past few days because A) my life is extremely mundane, B) I’ve been a mite busy and C) I’ve been a mite lazy.
My best friend {Vanessa} is going away in about an hour to stay with her Mom in Colorado and work the summer away, since getting a job there is way easier than getting a job here. She’s going to be gone for about three months and I’m sad. :cry: I guess I’m a little bit used to it since she’s almost always traveling about the country and shiet during summer, but still. I misses her.
Mike finally quit his job and I am so happy for him. They really treat him badly, and he’s getting really bored there. He interviewed for a new, WAY better job last week… I really hope he gets it. :kawaii: Keep your fingers crossed.
School is almost out and I couldn’t be happier. I only have 2 more weeks of class left, and then a couple days of finals. Afterwards, I plan on working four days a week (with a raise I just got today :cheerful: ) and hopefully working out a lot.
Boring post, so sorry. 
Sick, and not in a perverted way.

Since around Saturday, I have been feeling a bit under the weather. At first it was just a sore throat, but around Monday my nose started getting sniffly, and yesterday a cough and serious stuffy nose set in. Now I’m miserable, drinking pukey TheraFlu and blowing my sufficiently raw nose all morning long.
Mike is on a new schedule for school, and I must say it’s pretty sucky. He goes Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings from 7-11:30, and then Thursday afternoons until 4:30. His job can’t give him Thursday nights off because two other people have night school that night, so Thursdays are the killer day for him as he has to work from 5:30 until closing (usually around midnight). :depressed: So far, they have been giving him Mondays and Wednesdays off of work, which is really nice because he doesn’t have school those days, and I don’t have work. So after I finish up with school around 1 (when he’s waking up) I head over and we spend the afternoon and evening together. I am also taking a Pilates/Yoga class (called PiYo) with the vampires at 24 Hour Fitness on Mondays and Wednesdays, so it gives Mike an excuse to get out and workout. It’s so awesome how our schedules seem to meld like that. They even gave him a Friday night off a couple of weeks ago. :shock:
In other news, I did my taxes and I should be getting a hefty lump of money from the Feds. :star: The state is giving me $4, haha. Thanks Governator. 
I’m already planning what clothes and shoes I am going to spend this money on, but half of it will be going to register Baby Black for another year. :depressed: Ah, the joys of auto ownership. I always look forward to summer not only because I have no school, but I can work more, which means I can buy items that I’ve been putting off, like seat covers for my car (save the interior!), shoes (Currently I have 1 pair that fit), T-shirts, etc.
That’s my boring life in a nutshell. And an update on the Bio fiasco, I just took an exam on Monday… and scored 84%. YAY a B! Hopefully my grade will go up *_*
Totally sick of studying.

I’m so glad it’s almost Spring Break, because I am so sick of studying right now. :cry: I’m currently studying for my History of Rock class (don’t knock it — It’s pretty interesting and challenging) and the study guide I’m making is getting hellishly long. I took my first quiz for that class today and I got an A — WOOO. My confidence has been shattered lately with the whole Bio fiasco (speaking of which, we had another paper due last Friday, and who forgot to do turnitin.com? Yes, that would be me.:faint: ), I’ve never had so much trouble with classes at CSUF before.
My Bio lab is hard, too. I’ve been doing well on the labs (I think) but the quizzes have been totally rocking me. :cry: In cases like this I would bank on a paper to help my grade, but A) my paper writing abilities aren’t as solid as I thought they were and B) I don’t know if the lab has a paper. And I just got a D on a paper in American Character… maybe because I didn’t read the books all the way through? :angel: Hopefully it won’t hurt my grade TOO much. I’m doing really well in my Shakespeare class. We have quizzes on every play that I’ve been acing, and I felt really confident about my last exam. My other English class is pretty sweet too — when we have it. It was cancelled again today, which is bad. We’re already WAY behind on the material (as in 5 days behind. That’s a LOT.). I don’t know how I did on my paper, either. Hopefully I did well. :cry: I could really use the confidence boost right about now.
