Road Trip, Part One!
0(Originally, I was going to make a single post about my roadtrip, but it’s so long! I’ll split it up so it’s not so daunting. So this section is Part One: LA to Santa Cruz.)
So far since I’ve graduated college, I’ve set out fulfilling every post-grad stereotype out there: toyed with the idea of going to graduate school, gone on a backpacking trip through Europe (although it wasn’t too successful), and gone on a road trip (which was more successful). Usually it’s a cross-country road trip, but I just went through California and frankly, I think that’s enough! Here are some pictures and summary:
Comments now functioning.
0One thing about upgrading WordPress I hate is that comments never seem to work after I’ve upgraded. that’s because for each theme you need to upload a new comments page. Well I knew all of this, I’m just a lazy sloth and never got around to it. So comments work now, you’re welcome! Now comment and tell me how much you missed me. Also I fixed smilies. It was a simple upload of my old vars.php.
So far this summer has been super busy. I have Greg’s wedding next weekend and all the prep that goes with that. I’ll be really happy when it’s over! Tomorrow is the bride’s Bachelorette party, but since I’m poor I won’t be going with them. They’re going to Disneyland, and with tickets at over $50, plus food, plus souveniers, I wouldn’t be surprised if it were over $100. I just can’t afford that right now unfortunately
Well, my neice’s baby shower is today, so I need to get off of my dead butt and clean up a little bit. Yes, my neice is having a baby. That will make me a great aunt at 21. Help!
Viva Las Vegas!
2Today I’m leaving for Las Vegas to celebrate my 21st birthday with {Mike}, {Teresa}, {Chris}, {Greg}, {Kristin}, {Vanessa}, her boyfriend Adam, {Maz}, and his girlfriend, Amber. Our itinerary includes shopping at this outlet, partying at this club and this club and laying out by the pool of course.
See you all next week!
